Ninette Ayala is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including 19 years of specialized expertise in fundraising. With a deep commitment to advancing social justice and equity, she is dedicated to helping nonprofits secure the funding needed to advance their missions and create lasting change in marginalized communities.
Ninette is a founding member of the Refugee Children Center and continues to serve as an Advisory Board Member. Ninette also serves on the Board of Directors of Somor El Poder, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Latinx-focused nonprofits nationwide by providing support on fundraising strategies and professional development opportunities.
